The rules for using EnVision, from public pages through project workspaces and shared content.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using EnVision, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use EnVision on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use EnVision.

Accounts and your content

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including activity by invited team members or collaborators you authorise.
  • You keep ownership of the designs, uploads, text, and other content you submit to EnVision.
  • You grant EnVision a limited licence to host, store, reproduce, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse EnVision. For example, you may not:

  • Use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, or bypass security or usage limits.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service except where the law clearly permits it.
  • Use EnVision or shared project spaces to violate another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights, or contractual rights.

Billing, third-party services, and intellectual property

Some parts of EnVision may be free, while other features may require payment now or in the future. If you purchase a paid plan, the pricing, billing cycle, taxes, and renewal terms shown at checkout will apply.

EnVision, including the website, software, visual design, trademarks, and underlying technology, is owned by EnVision or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The service may integrate with third-party providers or link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party products or services that we do not control.

Availability, disclaimers, and limits of liability

We work to keep EnVision available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy, or fitness for every workflow. Features may change, be suspended, or be removed over time.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EnVision is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and EnVision will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Termination, updates, and contact

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, or if we need to protect the service or comply with law. You may stop using EnVision at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date below. Continued use after the update means the revised terms apply.
