Privacy policy
How EnVision collects, uses and protects information across the website, accounts and design workspace.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how EnVision handles personal information when you visit the public website, create an account, contact us, or use our design tools and collaboration features.
If we provide a separate written agreement for an enterprise deployment, pilot, or integration, that agreement will control where it conflicts with this public policy.
Information we collect
- Contact and account details such as your name, email address, profile details, and sign-in records.
- Workspace content such as designs, floor plans, mood boards, comments, uploads, exports, and other materials you choose to store or share through EnVision.
- Technical and diagnostic data such as IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referring links, and crash or performance logs.
- Billing and transaction details such as selected plan, billing contact information, and payment status when paid subscriptions are enabled. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors, not stored directly by EnVision.
- Communications such as support requests, feedback, surveys, and email correspondence.
We may also use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain sessions, and understand how the product is used.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, and maintain the EnVision website, accounts, design workspace, and community features.
- Save, sync, render, and share project content at your direction.
- Respond to questions, support requests, and product feedback.
- Monitor performance, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
- Send service-related notices and, where allowed, product updates or marketing communications that you can opt out of.
How we share information
We share information only when it is needed to operate the service, when you ask us to share it, or when the law requires it.
- With service providers that help us host the product, deliver email, process payments, authenticate users, monitor reliability, or support customer requests.
- With collaborators or other recipients you explicitly invite into a project or export flow.
- With professional advisers, regulators, or law enforcement where reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect users, EnVision, or the public.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention, security, and your choices
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
- You can update certain profile details from your account when those controls are available.
- You can manage cookies and local browser storage through your browser settings, although some site features may stop working correctly.
- You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
